PLA Dynamic

Has anyone tried this? Experiences?

Is there an equivalent filament profile, or will you have to calibrate it from scratch?

Are there other differences to the properties of this filament, compared to other Bambu PLA?

Regarding the color change, it says that “The printed objects are initially white, and UV exposure will transform them into a coral color”, but no mention if this is a permanent transition? Other UV filaments seem to return to their initial color after a while without UV exposure, but Bambu doesn’t mention this.

works great, I always calibrate all filaments though. The color change is not permanent and will go back to white when removed from sunlight or uv light.

I might get this. It seems like a cool idea

I’ve made a few items now with it. It’s great, and yes, it does shift back over time. The face of the Octo has had a UV pen light shined on it for about 10 seconds. (I use it for curing resin on my Mono X)

My only complaint is its limited, and no idea if it’ll ever be back :frowning:
