PLA leaving a gap in print after Bridge

I have 2 X1C and both printers with different spools of filament from the same manufacturer produce the same result. I have checked my model and it appears to be clean and slices well.

The model has 4 holes and I can print it with or without supports and get the same result. It seems that at the very top of the hole, as it passes, it is leaving a slight gap in the filament on all 4 holes.

On a side note, I also started getting a lot of exterior wall jitter. I cleaned the rods, printed outer/inner walls and slowed exterior wall speed down to 50 and it seems to have helped tremendously, but not alleviated it completely. My machines are about 6 months old and have been very reliable printing this particular model up until a couple of weeks ago.

I have run automatic calibration of Dynamics and Rate without any improvement.

I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions that I might try.

Hi,
I know it is an old topic, but did you find a solution? I’ve started experiencing the same issue and can’t figure out what is causing it.
