PLA Print failure with gaps in model

Hi,

I have the following issues with my Standard Speed Prints with Generic PLA on my X1C.
There are some sort of gaps which are located around model. On one pic I 'm holding 2 printed models which the exact same failure in height. One is printed with 220° the newer with 222°.

Is this maybe a failure of the Z Axis?

Parameter: 222° Extruder Temp, 45° Bed (no warping), 35-37° housing temp
