I am using an A1 with an AMS lite and am attempting to use PLA as a support interface for a PETG print (both bambu filaments). I haven’t changed any slicer settings other than changing from a 0.2 to 0 mm Top Z Distance from the interface, and setting the interface material to PLA, everything else is left as-is. When the print is finished, the supports come off beautifully as expected but on the layers where the support interface is, the print itself practically falls apart as if there was no layer adhesion, the rest of the print is fine but those layers of the actual print just fall apart. I originally thought that maybe the nozzle wasn’t getting back up to temperature in time for the PETG any that’s why there was little adhesion but I printed it a second time and watched the temperature and everything seemed fine but still had the same issue.
Are there other settings I should be changing or could it potentially be a model issue?
Thank you! i about tripled the number and it got way better, not quite perfect but better so I will do some more tweaking!
