PLA warping on flat surfaces

I have an h2c printing a large multicolor model split into multiple pieces.

The first layers have no issues with warping or bed adhesion, nor do they have any issues with bed adhesion later on. The issue is on some flat surfaces the pla warps a LOT and then evidently so the print fails. Photo with red circles

Any idea how to make this not warp so hard? Maybe really high infill or higher layer height?

in the filament profile change chamber temperature to 41 degrees. this will stop the auxilliary fan (which isnt needed) and for me helps to reduce warping by a lot. but still low enough to not cause heat creep issues with pla (at least with bambu pla basic)

I am printing with 0.2 nozzle I heard this can cause issues when chamber heating?

Why are you heating the chamber?

I dont think we have all the facts here

This is PLA-on-PLA and its doing this? I kinda doubt that, or something is crazy bigtime wrong

Maybe share the saved 3mf file for analysis? If pics are 1000 words, 3mf is your doctoral dissertation

You’ve got some really weird stuff going on, as Bullocks said please post your 3MF.

While you’re at it, your induction hotend looks…odd. Could you share a better picture of your extruder?

Are you mixing PETG and PLA, or mixing different brands of PLA? What are the specific filaments you’re using?

Also,how dry is your filament?

to reduce warping.

41 degrees usually does not cause issues with pla.
