PLA with P1P Default Speeds look too much?

4 months with the printer and no problem at all, I keep using same filament brand…
The flat layers at 200mm/s (default settings) means as pictures attached…
Any idea about how to solve this problem ??
THANK YOU.

Looks like it might be time to dry your filament.

I don’t think so… It happens suddenly some days ago… And first layer is perfect… Maybe it could be the last update of Bambu Studio or the las firmware of the printer…

Yeah not a good look for your company branding.
I would suggest going through the flow rate filament calibrations.

Bambu Support tells me to reset the printer and set original calibrations, and print again to check… Lets see what happens…

It’s been 6 hrs so what happened?

I am at work, I will do it at night :)))

It seems that the problem is solved reseting the printer with default settings and do full calibration (like the first time you use it) but I have to do more tests during this week. I will post the pictures in the weekend as a final result.
By now, the model given by Bambu Support Team was printed perfectly, but the 3fm file was with so much different settings than the standard settings of Bambu Studio, so I have to do more tests with default settings to see the difference. I will post all pictures and all the settings for you all, if that may help anyone.

I have sent all these pictures as results to Bambu Support, I am waiting for final reply and adjustments.
1) BLACK CUBE, with the settings you sent to me on previous email, Silk PLA profile.
This looks good.

2) PINK CUBE (STL download from internet), with default settings for 0.4 nozzle, PEI textured bed, 0.2mm layer.
This must be better.

3) 3 CILINDERS (primitive forms created directly on Bambu Studio) , with default settings for 0.4 nozzle, PEI textured bed, 0.2mm layer.
Quite good, but they should be better.

What do you think ??

I would definately stick to the original filament for testing.
