Can someone from support go and reactivate my old ap board and block the new one?

I’ve switched back to my old board. Seems like there’s something with light on the new one, it won’t shut down after I replaced to custom light. I suspect something is shorted. I’d like to get my printer working again.
It’s the original AP board I got with the printer I want to use again. Shouldn’t be hard I hope?.. Light works fine on the old board, I hope it’ll also fix my camera issues.
