The filament membership is a great idea and and greatly appreciated. It would be more useful to those of us who have pre-ordered if we could have a way to start it closer to when the printer actually ships.

I think it’s a great idea, I started my membership on 16-10 but I will not receive the A1 mini until mid November at least

Yes, I just received my A1 3 days ago, but my membership ends in February
I thought exactly the same, specially with these long pre-order deliveries
Agree, believe the membership start date should begin at the ship date, not the purchase date. ~6wk shipping time for my a1 mini, roughly 25% of my membership time sans printer.
it would be good to know the monthly/yearly cost for the membership to determine savings, haven’t been able to find that yet.
