Please do NOT use Canada Post for anything

I purchased the X1C combo knowing that it would come in 3 different shipments. The printer and AMS came via FedEx quickly and without issues. The problem I am running into now is that I do not have the filament buffer kit, therefore I cannot use the AMS.

I opened a case, but was basically told to pound sand. I am now left with a printer that I cannot use multi material on because I am going to be waiting for months on a $30 part. This is not a great situation.

Bambu Labs, please DO NOT use Canada Post for anything. They are a worthless government company that constantly screws up and is forever on strike. I would have gladly paid for FedEx or UPS or any other reliable courier.

I love the product so far, but this sours me a little bit for any future business use upgrades if this is the level of care and support. A little disappointing.

Would think the buffer would be with the AMS. I don’t know because I was a sucker and bought a P1P and fully upgraded it weeks before the P1S was launched. So everything was separate I think. If you weren’t in Canada I’d send you one. I have one new and one used. Sorry.

Appreciate that. It’s also the cables and whatever else I need. The communication has been pretty poor about it. Though I have got a good deal on a great printer now, I can only be a little upset.

Customer support reached out and they are sending out of China with FedEx. Thanks very much to Bambu Lab for helping me out on this one. Will continue to do more business.

May 2026. Ordered a big order of fillaments. Got shipped with Canada Post. It’s now taking a eternity to arrive, just to get a paper that I need to go to the « nearest » office which is 30m away, the next day after 13h PM.

@BambuLab DO NOT USE CANADA POST

Can’t it be even clearer ? I’d pay extra just to not have to deal with these clowns. There tens of alternatives available and they went down the most crappy and even expensive option.

30 meters away isn’t that bad.

Minutes. Thank for the laugh.

yeah…could have been 30cm…or 300km…doesn’t make any difference …the result is the same

You must be pretty remote if your nearest Post office is 30 minutes away. As a reference point, I’m also Canadian and have only ever had Bambu orders delivered via Fedx or UPS. It may be that these carriers don’t service your area or charge a premium to service it?

Downtown. Lots of traffic and stops. Doesn’t change the fact that you pay/get shipping to your door you expect that have your products at your door. If I have to go gather my stuff I should get a credit or I will simply buy the product somewhere they ship to the actual door. Im ordering stuff every 2-3 days on Amazon / Costco and they always get delivered at the door, because the don’t use Canada Post. They may have understood something who knows.
