Hi. I’ve been trying to find the answer to this question on the forum, but I can’t find it.
If a user prints a plate from a print profile twice, does it count as 2 downloads or 4?
I thought I had an answer for you, but it seems a mystery how the downloads shown in the transactions tab are calculated. I have a model that shows 191 downloads 272 makes which comes to 725 (191+2x272). The last point reward I got said it reached 650 downloads so I have no idea.
Edit: I just went two pages back and found one saying 725 downloads of the model. so maybe profile downloads count 1 for the model and 1 for profile. Who knows
Each successful print will be counted as 2 downloads when calculating the point reward.
In your case, it will be counted as 4.
