Points - Regular model reward when?

Stroke of luck but today I saw one of my models tick over to 100 downloads. However, I haven’t seen the regular model reward show up? Is there a delay on those rewards, or are they no longer synced with the actual download count?

Your Model needs a rating score of 4 or more to get the credits.

You only need the rating for the print profile rewards.

Sometimes, there are slight delays, possibly due to server maintenance, heavy load, system failures, or other factors. Based on my experience, these delays typically do not exceed two hours.

True, can’t rate a model without a print profile!

Isn’t the “regular model award” due to posting new models occasionally and not for any particular model getting downloaded?

i dont know what to beleive, my analytics page is way different then my model downloads count

There is no reward for posting models alone. The regular model reward is based solely on the number of downloads and prints (converted to downloads).

Could you provide some screenshots to illustrate the difference?

Learned something new. Thanks!

heres one example 76 but rewards says over 250?

Downloads plus 2x prints. So 87 x 2 = 174. 174 + 76 = 250. Looks spot on to me :+1:

i see… i dont get the point system but ill just let it do its work. I hadnt a clue what the little box with 87 was it would be nice if it had a hover popup telling what they were i get the boost is pretty clear, but thanks

Lol I was screaming at my screen this whole thread, thanks! Most likely OP already got credit a while back for it due to prints being counted.

Yeah. Just checked another one of mine that just ticked over. 30 downloads (per points reward), but only 16 downloads by statistics.

The folks at Makerworld should reconsider some of their wording, such as “boost” and “boost token” (too similar for two entirely different things), as well as “downloads” and “prints” (which count as two downloads)

There is already a tooltip:

i guess I used to try it on the published models mainpage i didnt realize it but you have to go to the designs main page instead. When i hovered over them on my published overview page it doesnt do that, so i assumed it didnt have the feature
