In the past, I’ve received this message when I went to redeem some points for a couple of the makerlab boat motors. Other than the delay of checking, it proceeded find.
However, I haven’t requested any redemption in a couple of months, so I’m not sure why I received this message. Is this routine?
Now for the advice. I’ve got what I would call a couple of ‘karens’ chiming in on my Oreo upload.
I receive one every couple of days or sometimes, more often.
I receive more now than my points per day have increased, they were every week or so.
Only worry if you try to redeem points, they delay you from doing so as there is suspicious activity and then they deduct points and/or ban you.
I have shared this before, but, I was blocked during a redeem to gift card session, I had redeemed 11 in a few minutes, and the 12th triggered a block. They said 7 days. The next day they released the block. I redeemed that and one more before I was blocked due to redeeming too many in one week. I had maxed out the previous week as well. It was a good month.
They have all been redeemed since and more on top of that.

You clearly tell people to do their own research.
I prefer the idea of only using filaments that are stamped as “Food Safe”, filaments bearing that caption seem less and less these days though.
I haven’t checked, but, I haven’t seen anything big on the BL site promoting any of their filaments as food-safe.
Do not worry about it, we all get one of these every once in a while.
I am currently responding to around 90 messages daily (it has come down a bit). Every few of days I get someone with an opinion the world must know.
I received the first one by redeeming points, and then it happened two more times, seemingly at random. I’m pretty new here, so I doubt there was any report that triggered it. My guess is that an automatic check kicks in when points start coming in steadily, which seems fair.
