Good gracious, I just looked and my 1,583,834,392 points have dropped to 31! Will this be corrected after the outage?

I thought something was going on after I didn’t receive points after Boosting other users.

The incentive to boost others is no longer available.

I can vouch for this guy, my 507,924 points are missing too but I trust you guys…

Since the last announcement, you don’t get those 2 points for boosting people anymore. Is only a way to show your love for the models you boost.

Will this perhaps add an integration more deeply with checkout? Or some way to denote used giftcards? If you’re taking it down, at least add something new (besides a higher price, don’t add that :sweat_smile:)

nope we still have to guess which cards are unused… even a simple red lettering over the spent cards that says “USED” would be nice

I purchased a gift card with points, now it says:
You have requested to redeem Gift Card for €40.
Waiting time up to 5 business days.
Previously, the code was sent immediately via e-mail with no waiting time. Will it stay like this now or does it still have to do with maintenace?

It’s essentially a “security” check that can happen every now and then. It’s unrelated to the maintenance.

And weirdly new given it has been reported here for the last few weeks only.

Not at all. Gift card checks have been a thing for a long time now.

The new message within the redemption page of gift cards that say it has been issued but you have to wait for it. The new one!

I am not talking about the long-existing message for points review before redemption.

The last time I downloaded the cards was at the end of August and it wasn’t there yet.

That’s exactly what I mean. Now imagine a situation where I will have some of the points to use on December 1, and the promotion ends on the 3rd. The waiting time for the card is up to five business days (I hope it’s less)

Redeem the moment you get enough points for the giftcard (unless you get them as you say on the 1st when the sale is till 3rd). Also - the points review takes usually less than 2 business days.

I think we’re still talking about two different things
