Does anyone have any experience printing Polyoxymethylene (POM) filament is also known as Acetal or Polyacetal on the Bambu with AMS? I have a print where I want to embed a “bearing” for friction reduction in a moving part made of PLA and I was thinking POM would be a possibly ideal material for this.
From my understanding you won’t be able to print PLA and POM at the same time due to the differences in chamber temperatures needed.
You can however print them separate and assemble or better yet find an off the shelf Delrin bearing and embed it in the PLA part.
