So many issues here !
Poop on plate , on print , in chute not dropped , on floor . I have to check all prints every 10 minutes , pause and remove poop .
I don’t get how it’s meant to work . My chute has always been like this .
I assume head hits lever and opens flap . But what closes the flap ?

YES! I’m having this same exact issue. I can’t just leave a multi-color print to do its thing, because every few filament changes I have to manually dislodge a poop that’s caught.
Try the chute flap extension. Just done a multi coloured 6hour print with NO poop going astray. Don’t understand what this thing does exactly to effect pooping but it seemed to work. About to do a 10 hour multi colour print now! - if this is ok - then I’m convinced the flap thingy works!
Do you have the link for the one you use?
just so your aware, the lever is there to close the poop shoot when the printer presses against it, to allow the poop to ball up.
