This is my longest project. I completely disassembled the P1 and P2 pop chute, studied the structure of P2, and optimized the overall construction. All parts can be found and purchased from the Bambulab store. It’s currently in the beta testing phase, and I hope everyone can help me test and optimize this idea.

Nice design, but I think you need to tweak a few details. Especially the orientation of the print, and you might want to consider using screws instead.
It looks a bit fragile to me - left pin. It’s constantly subjected to mechanical stress.
…and a lot of unnecessary support that could be avoided with an arch.
By the way, you really need to revise the print profile: a wall thickness of only 2 for parts that are constantly under mechanical stress? That’s a bit too thin for my taste. Grid Infill? One of the worst types of infill - no one should really be using it anymore.

I’m only taking such a close look now because you described the model as the ultimate one and better than all the others - that made me curious. Not quite ultimate yet, but maybe on the way there?
Before you launch such projects, though, I’d strongly advise you to get the basics right first - at least the print profile; that’s really bad. Keep in mind: Not everyone takes the time to optimize the profile; they just hit “Print” and end up disappointed.
Keep in mind: If you market this as the “ultimate” version, users will expect exactly that - not to be beta testers. Exaggerating too much can also be harmful to a project. Good projects succeed without exaggeration; even if it takes longer, it is more sustainable.
But like I said, it’s a great project - keep it up!

Thanks for the reminder. I’ve made some adjustments to the following:

Increased the overall wall count to four layers, with some areas at five layers. Support cubes were used as sparse fill (30%).

Regarding the supports, I believe every support is necessary. However, I also discovered a structural issue caused by the supports and made a correction. Thanks for the reminder.

Regarding the use of metal shafts, I will not make any improvements for now, as no related issues have occurred in hundreds of hours of testing.

I’m definitely interested in this project, and understand the desire to release a beta version to get new eyes on the part and get some feedback.
That said, I’d like to get more information from you regarding 1) what are the problems with the OEM poop shoot you are trying to solve and 2) how the features in your model are designed to resolve each of those issues.
I’m fairly new to 3d printing, having only had my P1s for about 2 months. I very quickly identified a simple nozzle wiper mod on MakerWorld that simply screws in and so far have not experienced any issue with that. So knowing more about the benefits of switching to your project would be encouraging

I love the idea of using 3D printing to improve 3d printing, but might I ask what issues you are trying to solve? I have found that if I try to modify for the sake of modifying, it usually ends up worse than how I started. Will this design make it impossible for the filament poop to enter the build chamber? Will it ensure a spotless nozzle? Knowing more about the scope would help me to know what it is this upgrade will do!
