Poor print quality in one section of bed / plate

If looking at the Bambu X1 from the front, the top left quadrant of plate / heatbed consistently produces poor quality on first few layers of any print. Pictures show example of full part along with one corner which is deformed. This happens with any print in that section of plate / bed. I can re-orient most parts to work around that section but, as is, 25% of the bed is unusable.

I tried reducing bed temp from 35 to 30 for first layer but no help. Any other suggestions?

There might be different reasons, some easy to fix, others requiring support from BL.

First, check with a ruler and some light if your buildplate is flat or if it is deformed. The ABL can only make up for so much warping. If it is heavily warped, open a support ticket and lean back for a couple of days until they reply.

If you plate is rather flat, next step would be to clean the plate with a sponge, a lot of warm water and neutral dishsoap. If should help with layer adhesion.

If that doesn’t help, are you using a gluestick? And what filaments on which buildplate are you trying to print?
