Poor print quality

I’m new to 3D printing. I bought a P1S 2 weeks ago printed the benchy from the sd card with the included material and it looked great. I’ve been using the printer every day without issue. Yesterday I noticed the outer layer of a print didn’t look good so thinking it was the filament I printed a benchy from the sd card again and it looks bad I then used another filament with the same bad results. Both PLA

Filament absorbs moisture from the air and that moisture has a negative effect on extrusion quality. Ambient conditions will have an impact on print quality.

You need a filament dryer.

I have the same issue,
when reducing the speed settings to 150mm/s it works perfect

as soon as I go over 200mm/s the issues start.
I opened a ticket for this.

If you have had that spool of PLA sitting on the printer open to the air for 2 weeks it looks from those pics that the filament has absorbed moisture as mentioned above.

To get around this you will have to dry your filament out. This will require a dedicated filament dryer or you can use your P1S to dry the filament.

See here on how to do this: Procedure and 3mf file for drying filament with the X1 Series printer heatbed | Bambu Lab Wiki

This process also works on the P1S. Set the heatbed temp to 65 and place the spool inside a filament box and place it on the printer bed. Heat for 6hrs then turn the box over and heat for another 6 hrs. This should dry the filament sufficiently to alleviate the problem.

Even new unopened & sealed PLA filaments sometimes need drying before use.

From the pictures, it could also be a cooling problem. Do you print with the door closed? If yes, try once with door open - if it gets better, the problem is cooling related.
