Possibility to escalate a support ticket?

Support is taking for ages to respond to any query on an open ticket, is it my luck that the support engineer is the biggest slacker in the team, or am I unfair in expecting an answer of some kind within the week.

Seems the guy only updates the tickets once a week, I had to open a second ticket to get some sort of response. Once the ticket was back with the first guy, I am again on day 4 and counting to get him to answer on my log review.

Ticket has been slow as hell and open for a month where these delays are driving me mental.

At what point does the hassle-free printing start?

Well… if misery loves company, you came to the right place. You’ll find that this forum is replete with stories just like yours.

After you return the printer and buy something else like a LaserJet I’m sad to say. 3D printing is not the plug and go technology that Bambu touts.

Not to disagree with the point you’re making, but it’s closer than others.

Perhaps OP could state his issue, maybe others could offer some help.
