A new twist to the outages.
I just tried uploading another model, it timed out twice.
One told me to try again, the other gave up.
Now, my 700+ models have gone.
The model listings currently exist, but, model pages do not, for anyone.

The same for me, and nearly no downloads and prints the last days already. I guess BBL has some major technical problem.Maybe they restore it from a backup. Guess their Alibaba cloud stuff crashed.
This is a separate and ongoing issue.
Since they “improved” the search algorithm, the only change is things are harder to find and everyone is suffering a significant decline in downloads and prints.
We may be back online.

could be RAID storage upgrade or partition corruption.

I have also noticed that lately, I am receiving only 30-50% of the points I used to get. Do we know exactly what the problem is, and is Bambu working on a solution? I uploaded a new model, which is unique, and I am quite satisfied with how it turned out. Usually, users notice that as well, but this time, I haven’t received any downloads on the model. I tried searching for it using the search function, and even though the tags and title are well-made, I couldn’t find the model. This is getting worse and worse, and the effort is simply not worth it.
Are they on another Chinese holiday or? seems like pulling teeth to get any customer service response lately, hopefully they all didnt quit or something. Many websites will post announcements of website maintenance, but there seems to be a lot of broken stuff suddenly
yes there is many errors im noticing, before yesterday i saw one of my uploads has 112 prints, yesterday night it’s showing 49.
also my profile showed i have 61 uploads but i really have 45 models only XD
not to mention comments at some points does not show notification making the user think i left them hanging, i rechecked the notification history there was no notification yet their reply back was there.
