I ordered my C1 X with accessories 24 hours ago, I received the order confirmation but not the email to pay the full X1C, do you have an idea of how long it will take to receive the email?
I am located in France.
It depends on when your nearest distribution center receives a new shipment from the factory. My wait from order placement to request for final payment was two weeks. Others who are receiving printers from the same shipment apparently waited anywhere from three weeks to three days.
@lkraus So for me, as the ETAs are for the end of March, it will be the end of March that I will have the payment request?
Correct.
I placed my order January 16, ETA was end of January, I received my request for final payment at 11:38pm on January 31. So the ETA was correct, but they did time it a little close.
