Hello dear community, the A1 has been in my possession for a few days and I have already successfully printed some files with it. But something very strange has just happened. In the middle of the print, he suddenly stopped and the print bed shot forward at lightning speed and wanted to continue beyond the end point. Then it shot backwards. Then the print head moved all the way to the right, left and up and tried to continue beyond the end points. Then the print head shut down again and drove against the already printed 3D model and simply continued to press there.
As you can imagine, these were very unpleasant and loud noises from the drives and guides. Does anyone have any idea what that might have been? The file was from Makerworld and was sliced in the Bambu as normal. I turned off the printer at the back. After turning it back on, I carefully moved the print bed and the print head back and forth by hand, they could be moved normally. I have another file now in print to check if the A1 is working properly. Does anyone have any idea what that might have been?
Is it possible that you are using the file for the incorrect printer? I had something similar happen with my X1C and it turned out I was using the file based on an A1 printer size.
