The print bed of my X1C is stuck at the bottom of the chamber. How do I fix this? Should I push the home button?

Did anything happen to cause it to be stuck? Did you remove the screws (in case it is a new printer)?
If in doubt, you can also turn off the printer and move the belt or spindles by hand. At least that should tell you where the problem is.
Its fixed. The printers are in a school computer lab and someone got plastic shoved in the belt and caused it to get jammed
