Hi, Newbie here. So far Ive done about 6 prints and 3 have failed. 2 failed after it prints the stripe right at the front - the print head starts at the left and prints nicely to the right then it prints a 2nd line nicely to the left. Then it moves the print head to the start of the print model but it drags the filament with it and doesnt cut it after the 2nd line. I’m wondering if its something to do with adhesion of that 2nd line, but if I am quick I can sneak in and cut the dragged filament and the rest of the model is fine. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you.
Have you ever washed your build plate? Warm water and dawn liquid soap will do. Or something close to dawn. Try to keep ALL fingers off the build plate. Handle it from the sides.
Make sure you have the correct plate picked in your slicer.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to reply. You were right I hadn’t noticed the plate selector drop down and it was set to the wrong one. Also I will make sure the plate stays fingermark free. Thanks again
