I’ve got my P1S a few weeks ago and successfully printed many different models. Suddenly it starts to fail occasionally on different models with different PLA filaments.
It does print the support in the middle of the modell, then the bottom layers on top of the support. When starting to print infill it fails and stops without telling that anything is wrong.
Did you watch what’s happening when the print starts failing?
Or check the video? (ipcam folder on SD card)
Did you change any settings?
Maybe upload a problematic file?
Yes, this pictures are from the videos. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe a sudden underextrusion because of a clog.
Could successfully print the same file later, but currently have complete filament blocks after some minutes on each print.
Removed the nozzle multiple times to pull out the filament. Maybe I need to replace the nozzle?
Depends how old the nozzle is, how much it has been used already, and what filaments have been printed I guess. They do wear out eventually.
If you used different types of filament, maybe heat up to the highest temp filament and purge a lot to clear it.
Normally you don’t have to remove the nozzle to pull out the filament…
