Print not sticking? - Turn off the Aux fan

Finally figured out a issue that myself and many have had with lifting on the build plate…

i have 15 printers here, X1C , P1S and P1P in house…

it was making me crazy for a few months why the P1P would print great with a large print 250mm wide but the P1S and X1C would lift off the plate, most commonly near the left side… I increase the plate temp to 45c to 50c on a cool plate yes a cool plate, 80% of the time that worked and it stuck and didn’t lift…

here what i did just try, i don’t like running bed temp to hot on PLA, if you do you take a chance of a clogged nozzle…

i went in the setting under the filament and turn off the AUX FAN, yes to zero… ran at 35c and it prints as it should with out going nuts increasing bed temp…

i just ran a project print 30 pieces with 100% good, before turning off the AUX FAN, even with increased bed temp, i was lucky if i could get 7 or 8, 2 or 3 always failed out of 10…

since i am only printing right now with PLA, i have shut off the AUX FAN to zero and the chamber fan to zero…

hope this helps someone having this issue…

Same problem here. Aux fan was blowing like a turbine engine 80% constantly. Even when I turned it off it would just turn itself back on, especially on color changes. I would rip the thing out if I got a spare moment. Why have a on/off setting when it just get overridden?
