Request for information on why the print plate option may not be working for me ?

Which print plate option? Photo’s of the screen would be helpful
I’ll assume you just opened Studio and took a quick screen shot to show the button, but Print Plate will not work until you have loaded a model and it has been sliced.
I’d start by updating or even removing and re-installing Studio. The picture of the plate is incorrect. The name is obviously placed wrong and the nozzle wiping area is not shown. There may be other problems with the current installation.
Looks like you kinda halfassed a install. Just looking at the error codes being thrown
what do you recommend in such a situation
Factory reset, and fresh install of either BS or Orca
New laptop new installation set is 1 week old
The “newness” of a PC has nothing to do with the programs within it, if somethings broken digitally in it you have to start somewhere to fix it
I reinstalled the program works randomly once in 10 uses.
