Print Problems on Bambu A1

I am new to 3d Printing, just got a Bambu A1 a month ago. I have been printing almost non stop other than when I’m sleeping after the print finishes that I started before I went to bed. I was printing new screen cover today with alternate colors and noticed it looked really weird on the Wyze Cam I have set up to monitor it so I went to look and the first layer was full of holes.

I stopped the print and cleaned the bed and tried again but had the same issue. I really haven’t had any issues like this, I had noticed an earlier print today little pieces of black filament on the print like a tiny chunk had stuck and fell off but not that bad. Then the next print, this its really bad now.

Can you provide more information? Looks like the hot end top might be dragging, or we petg…

What type of filament?
How long has the filament been out for?
What print settings are you using?
Firmware version?

Were you able to print flat things before?

How are you cleaning the bed?

PLA Basic Black, I just put the new spool on Yesterday or the day before. It came directly from Bambu Labs. have been printing the Babo Tool Box thing and have printed a full 60mm drawer over night last night in black and it came out perfect.

I have been keeping the 4 spools on the AMS out non stop and have had no issues but if I switch spools I have a vacuum bag setup with packets of Silica Gel to keep them from getting any wetter but since I only use PLA and its under 50% humid in here from research that shouldn’t be an issue. (I hope) but I have printed 4-5 spools of stuff in the last month with nothing like this before and dozens of prints all from maker world.

I use the default print settings from maker world. Only thing I really change is to add a brim for tall items and maybe change the top to Hilbert Curve sometimes. But I have printed this before with no issues. I have a red one on my screen now. I was printing an alternate color. I was printing

Just the top though, so I made a new plate and copied just the cover to it and then loaded 3 more tiny items to it from another print but kept the settings for the screen protector.

I have printed tons of flat things.

I got it working!

I replaced the nozzle. I had a spare, I searched google and saw some pictures of a clogged nozzle, it didn’t quite look the same but I gave it a shot and now its good. Before and After photo attached.
