Print quality bambu wood pla help

if anyone can help resolve the two issues we are are having on this print we would be most grateful. issue 1 - seams (see attached picture) issue 2 - stringy underside despite being well supported (see attached picture).

we have dried the bambu wood pla for 7-8 hours proior to print and gone through calibration for the 0.6 nozzle (temp tower etc through orca slicer)

How did you dry it? Did you print right after drying or how long was the gap? If so did you keep it in a sealed environment during this time?

So the file you sent is set for PLA Basic, not PLA wood. If you just overrode that at print time with the AMS that doesn’t work, it will have printed too fast.

And yes, it looks like plenty of support.
