Print quality issues on P1S

I have tried everything, between belt tensioning, auto-calibration, slicer tuning, and this issue persists where there are these darker streaks on the print (and ringing around vertical text, etc.). I am using
PolySonic PLA Pro at 300mm/s travel and around 200mm/s default, 215C and 60C. Any help appreciated!

I can see 2 obvious problems:

  • Pressure advance or factor K
  • Inconsistency of extrusion

Can you tell us what is the value of pressure advance you are using?
For the second, I think you need to check extruder gears and bearing. from what I see, it could be like this (a bit exaggerated)

Or the the knurling is worn out too much.

I agree with Simon here.
You K-Factor is not right and if you calibrated it after the flow ratio I suspect the flow ratio isn’t right either.

The extruder might be to blame as well but if it would be worn or clogged up the problem would be that consistent.
Start with some simple temp test to see how this filament reacts to it, pick a temp where you have no stringing, a smooth look and a strong model.

I have run the OrcaSlicer flow rate test, but I have not calibrated the K. Can you tell me how to do that?
Edit: I will try the OrcaSlicer K factor calibration (and the temp tower).

I do not think any of the parts have worn out, because I got the P1S 3 months ago and the print total is 179h.
I have not changed the K factor from default (PolyLite PLA).
Edit: Also, thanks for the tip!

Update: After running the K calibration I realized that in the filament preset pressure advance was NOT enabled. After turning it on with K0.017 looks much better. Thanks Simon and 3026326371!

Glad you worked it out.
Always good to check calibration values when prints fail to impress.
Quite often the defaults are not good enough, especially when it comes to flow ratio and K-factor.
