Print size different, when using white PLA and Black PLA

I am trying to make a part, which will be available in back and white, my plan was to use the PLA,

However when I use the white, in some dimsensions it come out slightly differnt to the the black.

Same printer (P1S) same STL file, same settings,

For instance holes in the part are 22.03mm (white) vs 21.82mm (black)

5.06 (white) vs 4.90mm (black)

I realise the differences are small, but I am trying to design parts that are a friction fit, and the white parts just end up loose,

Any ideas why this could be? I was thinking of trying to up the white temperature to make it a bit more free flowing?

Yes the other larger dimensions are the same,

Both the white and black are Bambu PLA basic filaments

Welcome to the forum,

Have you calibrated the filament flow dynamics? This can affect part size.

Not yet, my original assumption was that as it was Bambu filament and printer it would already calibrated, I guess there are quite a few factors that affect this not just the printer type and filament

How many black and white parts did you print and measure?
