Hello guys! I’ve purchased my A1 just a month ago and since then i’ve been printed almostly 24/7 with no problems… yesterday it started to show some errors related to the tangled material on the extruder so i had to open it to check and try to solved. Ok. Now, i’m trying to print and everytime the printer stops at the “toolhead cleaning” step and nothing happens. The nozzle temperature shows 300ºC and it just doesn’t go on… does anybody know what should i try? i’m getting a bit upset with this, because everything seems to be fine… i’ve spent a lot of money trying to work with 3D printing, and i’ve don’t even started to make some cash and this happens… please, if anybody know anything , just tell me!
Welcome to the forum.
Double check all of the connections on the head to make sure the connectors are fully seated. Your nozzle temperature shouldn’t be reading 300.
Hi, Jon! Thanks for the reply. I’m sorry for my ignorance, but what connections? I mean… i’ve checked the black cable on the head but it’s a usb c type cable. I’m not confident to open the system without knowing what i’m doing, so it would be amazin to have some guidance through this… i’m new on 3d printing and i really don’t wanna mess up with this equipment
