Had a weird thing happen yesterday.
My printer is in another room from my office. I sent the file to the printer and I could hear it starting to print. The print took about an hour and I could hear it doing its thing the entire time. When I heard it finish I went to it and there was nothing at all on the build plate.
Turns out, the filament was broken at the prefect point to where it tripped the runout sensor but not able to pull anymore in.
When I sent the file I clicked the option for Flow Dynamics Calibration.
What confuses me is if it is supposed to do a Flow Calibration and there is nothing on the plate why didn’t it stop ? Also I noticed that after it does the first layer it scans that layer, again if there was nothing on the plate why did it continue ?
