Printed design approach?

Just wondering if anyone has an approach for this using 3d printing. Pictured is a 1/2x18” belt tensioned in a block of wood roughly 8 3/8” x 1 1/4”. I’m wondering if it’s possible to print this instead of using wood.

-It has to be flat and straight
-Put a decent amount of tension on the belt
-Not easily bent in any direction.
-Can change belt eventually
-thickness equal to or slightly under 1/2”.

I didn’t search if this has been done before but kind of doubt it.

PLA will not bend.
For max stiffness use a high % infill (even at 100%).
Should be no problem.
A little chamfer would help with the belt load/unload.
