Printed filament lines too thin

Hello

I tried to print a grid with my A1 mini. Unfortunately, the lines are not filled with filament. It seems as if the printed line is too thin. What could be the reason for this?

The lines and spaces are each 1 mm wide. Printing was done with a 0.4 mm nozzle in standard mode with PLA Basic. The same print on an A1 was printed correctly.

Change the wall generator to arcane, this should solve your issue.

thx, wall generation is changed to Arachne. Lets see.

Unfortunately, switching to Arachne didn’t help. The print still doesn’t look good.

Does anyone have an idea? Please help

Well, first off based on the model being squares squared I would say you need to make sure the filament is dry and calibrated well. Pressure advance (PA or K) is a calibration that makes corners square, so that needs to be dialed in (after the filament is dry).

The actual print looks quite circular so I suspect a combination of wet filament and improperly calibrated pressure advance.

You should include the .3mf so helpers may load up the design in the slicer to test theories or just to peruse all the settings.

It reminds me of this recent print but here it is meant to be circular, that is, its a lot of detailed work but it can come out perfect if calibration is in order:

hello Lenyo,

thanks for your answer. I was also worried that the filament might not be dry. Unfortunately I don’t have a dryer and can’t check it. I printed the same object on an A1. The result was almost perfect. Definitely better than on my A1 mini. I’m attaching the 3mf.
