hello creative people,
I need your help and any inputs are very welcome…
as you can see int his picture, I don’t know what happend…
- I took it out late after everything already cool down. what happend is, the support is very hard to take it off and made a lot of mess when I took it off and also left some dent on the object.
- it also made a lot of thread-like leftover on the bottom position. is ok on the top, but on the bottom mess like that.
did i do wrong with my setting in bambu studio?
The pillowing on the top layer is because of your low infill percent and type. Increase the percentage and try an infill pattern like gyroid.
For how your model looks to be oriented, tree support probably isn’t what you want to use. There is very little space for the trees to branch out.
Have you considered turning the part in its side? This would vastly reduce the area that needs support and the areas that do would be supported better with tree support.
is 10% infill is not enough? for the pattern, I never though that can become a problem, I will try to change it.
maybe I will try to change the position. never tough of it, cause I am just afraid it will fall down because of the moving…
Yes, large flat areas need more support. Try 20%.
The nozzle should never contract the print if you have good bed adhesion. If you are worried about it, you can add a brim to secure the part better to the bed.
thank you for the info… I will tried again with your advise…
