Printer always reverts to the System preset

I’m using Bambu Studio 1.4.0.18 under macOS Ventura 13.1 on a M1 Pro MacBook Pro.

My printer is a X1 Carbon Combo bought in the EU, running firmware 01.03.00.00.

The printer is always reset to the „Bambu Lab X1 Carbon 0.4 nozzle“ System preset after starting Bambu Studio.

I’d rather have it remember the last one I used, as other slicers do.

Maybe there’s already an option to do that which I just missed?
