Printer damaged due to shipping - No return Label

Hello, I guess it is my time to rant about the support or rather the lack of support.

I received a P1S 10 days ago and opened it on the 21st as I was away from home.
The package looked damaged, so I immediately took out my phone to take a picture. And no surprise, upon opening it, I see the front panel and the top glass are damaged. So I opened a ticket with all the information and pictures on the 21st.

I got several replies saying I will get a return label but I haven’t got one yet. So more then 8 days and several hours invested from my side with no solution.

I’m getting really upset, I ordered the printer on December 8th and 21 days later I still don’t have one. And will probably have to wait another 14-20 days after I get the shipping label.

Do you have any ideas what I can do to speed this up?

Any updates so far? I just opened mine, glass completely broken, and I just created a ticket right now

Hi, yeah I got the label 5 days later and now sent the printer to the warehouse. But they are slow with everything. The printer arrived at the warehouse 1 week ago and I haven’t gotten any updates since then.
