I’ve tried uploading a couple new models to MakerWorld recently and received the subject error after the upload failed: “The selected printer is not compatible with the process preset in the 3mf.”
The first attempt I made to address the issue was to deselect all printers under the Auto-Check Compatability section on the profile upload page. So, only the printer that I used to print the model was selected. I tried to reupload and still received the error.
Next, I updated my Bambu Studio to v1.10.1.50, resliced the file, saved the .3mf, and retried the model upload. That worked!
I tried to upload a second model using the the same process that worked for me, but ran into the same failure/issue.
You get that error when the selected nozzle is for a different printer. Your printer and the nozzle have to match. The slicer slices according to the nozzle settings. Thus the created code can only work on a printer of the same type. If you slice a model with the A1 nozzle selected, the slice will not work on a P1S.
There’s something screwy going on. My first attempt to upload the model was through Bambu Studio after printing. The correct nozzle was obviously selected to be able to print the model.
After reading your comment, I went back and reopened the 3mf in Bambu Studio. Everything looked the same as before with regards to printer/nozzle selection and process presets:
What’s interesting is that if I select the printer drop down and reselect the same printer (P1S 0.2 nozzle), my process preset selection changes and the User Preset I created (titled Croc Charms) disappears:
