Printer is pausing, heatbead is going up and down damaging the print

Hi all,
I have a P1S printer for around a month. No modifications, default 0.4 nozzle. I made a plenty of small and medium 3-4h prints with no problems.
I decided to print this from MakerWorld Oculus Meta Quest Skull Stand by superGeometry MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models
my first print that takes over 14 hours.
I’m printing with Bambu PLA basic, SNULU PLA+ and SNULU PETG. For this print I bought SNULU PLA+, I have tried it with other prints and it works fine for me.
I had two attempts, on first one the printer froze at around 30%, I saw that so I paused it and started again (I didn’t turn the printer off). After that toolhead got back where it paused, heatbed went down and printer continued the print acting like it skipped a lot of layers, progress moved from around 30% to around 60% and it was printing in mid air. I stopped it.
Before second attempt I re-calibrated the printer, cleaned up the SD card from old videos hoping maybe it’s something with the memory.
Second attempt took place when I was sleeping, in the morning I saw an error about toolhead cover falling off. I saw that the heat bed is too high and toolhead is hitting the print so it was impossible to continue printing which was around 50% complete. I had a look at SD card ipcam directory which showed what happen: printer paused again, after few seconds heatbead went down and then up hitting the printer ceiling very hard and stopping somewhere in the middle. It looks like the printer got possessed, toolhead was unable to move which caused the cover to fell off.
I tried with support which gave me the most useless response I saw:
‘Hence, the printer itself works well, and the issue could be with the specific model. You can kindly further test and confirm if the other models have the same issue or if the other printer have the same issue.’
I’ve uploaded a videos on YT showing what happen during second attempt: https://youtu.be/NHaDdz_L6pI

Any ideas what can I do with it? I’d like to make another attempt, maybe format SD card before?
