Printer log file only available via SD card?

Hi,

I’ve got my first issue with the AMS. To open a ticket I need to attach a log file. Can’t I pull the log from the printer with Bambu Studio? I don’t have a SD card.

If you use the Handy app to open the ticket, there’s an option there to automatically attach the log to the ticket - the printer sends it over WiFi. Otherwise, you need an SD card.
