Last week I got my A1 combo pack and I’ve spent a few days printing out the topmount for the AMS Lite. Yesterday I spent some time assembling it, a little fiddly but I managed. But…
Unfortunately I must have hit the MicroSD card and ejected it and then managed to break it off as it came out of the printer in two pieces.
I bought a new card today, and no matter how I formated it the printer wouldn’t read it, giving me the message
“The Micro SD card sector data is damaged. Please use the SD card repair tool to repair or format it. If it still cannot be identified, please replace the Micro SD card. [0500 402F 15:11:42]”
The new card works fine with other devices leading me to believe the SD card reader in the printer is damaged.
I tried sending a ticket through Bambus support page, but they insist that I attach the printer log files… Which are stored on my physically broken SD card.
Any ideas how I can get these files so I can send in a ticket? Would it be possible to get a copy from another printer and write in the problem description that the file is irrelevant but I needed it for filling out the form?
