Printer not responding to touchpad inputs

X1c isn’t responding to touchpad inputs. No wifi networks found even though I have 5 x1c’s right next to it that all find the network just fine.

Last time it was working we had too many devices plugged into the same breaker and I believe there may have been a brownout.

Any ideas what could be the problem? I feel like an electronics board needs to be replaced.

Hi @jesseb1

Welcome to the forum.
I would recommend first following the troubleshooting guide for the faulty touch in the X1C display:

If the machine’s WIFI isn’t working, and there are no networks found, then the LAN only button isn’t maybe a viable choice.

Compare the IP addresses of all your machines, just to make sure you don’t have an address conflict at the router (addresses cannot be shared). You might have to check the device list in your router settings to make sure all devices (phones, computers, game consoles) have no address conflicts.

Maybe the wifi antenna is bad, or whatever it plugs in to?
