Printer nozzle destroyed my surface

Hi all, I am now the owner of an X1C, can anyone tell me what I have done wrong that the nozzle has erased the surface?

Don’t worry, your nozzle did not erase anything ! It’s a specific area on the plate for positioning calibration of the head.

It’s actually used to ensure the nozzle is clean before printing.
