Printer printing horrible prints

So I had filament stuck in the extruder and I disassembled it and lost a bearing in the process… Got a new bearing and reassembled the extruder. Had multiple successful prints after and then the picture below just randomly started happening. I have not unassembled the extruder yet plan to when I get 30 minutes to do it. I dried the filament to make sure the filament was not wet. Tried multiple different parts and had the same issue on all of them. Tried those same parts on another P1S and they print fine no issues using all the same settings.

Printing on a P1S base setting with .4 nozzle.
PLA basic with base setting except Aux fan turned off and no part fan for first 4 layers.

Either you didn’t put the extruder back together correctly and something has come loose, or the nozzle has a partial clog and needs to be reamed out with the poker pin thing that came with the printer.

Thank you! These were my theories also, but have been crazy busy and hadn’t had time to try and fix, so thought I would reach out on the forums to see if thats what more experienced people thought as well lol…
