Printer status while printing, filament two way sync and 3D navigation

Hi everyone, i am fairly new to the 3D printing world and I’m really glad to have picked Bambu Lab as my entry point. I am currently printing on my A1mini while expecting the A1 to come next week.
While i am mostly happy of how the BBL Studio system works, i would appreciate if the printing tab would have more features especially in the printing tab. I’ve seen a lot of g-code readers that render the movements of the extruder in an animation window and i think that should definitely be a part of BBL printing tab It could be in the same window of the video preview with the option to turn everything of. A slider, lets say. There is a really small amount of info about what the printer is doing at any said moment. We get more info in Bambu Handy, like printer status (heating nozzle or vibration calibration messages…).

Also, there should be a way to assign filaments from the prepare tab to a certain AMS slot instead of going back and forth to the printer tab selecting and loading filaments. The first four slots in the prepare tab should be AMS 1-4 slots with the option to sync to or from the AMS.

Lastly, i do believe the 3D navigation in the Prepare and Preview tabs should be optimized. Sometimes i change views and i lose the plates all together. Mouse is dragging the objects when i try to rotate if my cursor is close enough to the edge of an object. Menus, like painting object or cutting are really in your face and cover almost 15% of the screen and i am using 1920x1080 resolution on a 15" laptop. Really hard to see what im doing…

I really look forward to seeing these features in the new updates of Bambu Studio. Thank you in advance!

Sliders are already present in the preview tab. Not just by layer, but also within that layer showing printed paths, nozzle location and gcode.

You can just click on the filament selection in the prepare tab to assign whichever filament you want to whichever slot. Currently loaded filaments are grouped together.

I agree that view rotation can be a bit of a pain, in particular for large parts in a multi-plate print.

Yes, i know the sliders are available and i use them almost every time, but it would be nice if the printing page had some animated status of the print, instead of a black screen. A1 Mini’s camera is not by far the best camera to watch the print being made ( position is awkward - on a print nozzle level and don’t get me started on the FPS… and besides, my printer is next to my laptop, i can see what it’s doing, but i think it would make more sense if i understood the movement too
I dont think it would be a bad thing, besides it can always be switched off or switched to Camera.
