- Printer Firmware version
- Was the printer idle or printing when this happened?
- Printer in Lan Mode or Cloud Connected?
- Was Live View active when the issue occurred?
- Was the printer connected via Bambu Studio or Handy?
- What version of Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy was used?
