Hey Volks,
I’m new an bambulab and started off with a H2D.
I have an issue:
currently I’m printing modellplane parts with PLA Aero. (Yeah, I’m dried them out before)
As I want to print several objects on the same plate, one by one (thats why we spent so much money on the H2D
), the second object starts to high over the buildplate. Even 2 or 3mm to high, ending up in a fine spaghetti mass.
So, did I find a bug or the bug between my ears. Does anybody had had the same issue and a solution for it?
Thanks
Harry
Welcome to the forum!
This isn’t a solution, but I’d genuinely appreciate it if you could share how you manage to print ASA Aero. I’ve spent countless hours trying to dial it in on my X1 Carbon, and I’m hesitant to even attempt it on my H2D. It’s a nightmare of a material—foaming unpredictably depending on just about every variable.
Also, are you absolutely sure the second object is flat against the build plate in the slicer? It sounds odd that it would begin printing mid-air if it’s properly aligned with the ground plane.
Attaching a .3mf
project file—or even the generated G-code—would really help with troubleshooting and allow others to offer faster and more accurate assistance.
