Printing Color Lithophanes vertically

Hello, I have printed my first single color white lithophane and was going to test out a color version. I printed this vertically and was thinking it through that if it needs to change colors due to every layer when printing vertically this may be s show stoper. Is printing color lithophanes verticially even a concept or am I overthinking this?

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

Color lithophane is printed flat. While the quality is lowered, the color makes up for it. it is only 5 color layers anyways.
