hey all,
i bought a 3d printer less than an year ago add a few issues but never this.
when i print a model it adds extra lines/seams in the model (see area in blue lines) but also makes the surfaces not flat (2nd picture)
in the model the surface is flat.
is there anything i can do to fix this?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Can you share the model? I could be wrong, but it looks like bad STL artifacts…
parnassus gevel 2.3mf (250,5 KB)
you mean the 3mf file ?
thanks a lot btw
Looks fine here.
If you mean added lines in the infill regions or right over the many supports, that’s layer thing.
Top layer, bottom layer and how they lay down.
Having said that…
It seems you created this 3MF from pieces.
There is clear artefacts when going through the layers and you probably need more filament for those support than the actual parts…
Consider printing it sideways
Model isn’t flat. Z diff = 0,036 mm in this example
thanks for all the tips.
@protoboard you are so right !
fixing the flatness fixed the problem!!! thank you so much
